This individual-contributing role aims to achieve set monthly targets in the assigned routes, aligning with company and principal objectives. It operates within specified defined guidelines such as a fixed journey plan, availability model, and specific sales initiatives. Decision-making is limited to immediate and everyday issues, working within specifically defined division and principal guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Operations:

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Cash Van Sales Representative in Grocery, Self Service-Supermarkets & Minimarkets. Pharmacy experience is a plus.

• Establish good relationships with the customer network.

• Good knowledge of the customer base of well-known Pharma chains across Qatar.

• Ensure distribution of products.

• Merchandise stock with good knowledge in Non-Food & Food.

• Understanding FIFO and LELO of Products Shelf Life.

• Manage stock rotation, returns, and collections in accounts.

• Support new product introductions.

• Operate efficiently, allocating proper time for each customer.

• Update the database of Trade Assets.

• Deliver accurate and comprehensive competition activity reports.

• Provide leave coverage when required.

• Manual and Automatic License.

• Extensive experience in Warehouse and Logistics Operations including Loading, Inventory, and Transfers.

Analysis & People Management, Innovation:

• Analyze and report new store openings.

• Mentor new sales team members when required.

• Improve Share Of Shelf and excellence in marketing execution of activities.

• Provide feedback to the next level on distribution issues.

Skills

Education and Qualification:

• High School Graduate.

Work Experience:

• 2 to 3 years' experience in the FMCG Industry.

Skills and Abilities:

• Qatari Driving license is mandatory.

• Bilingualism is a plus.
