REQUIRED SKILLS...

Requirements:

• A course of degree or training in the field of business administration or marketing.
• Optionally, sufficient professional experience in a leading sales position.
• Experience in sales and in managing sales teams.
• Fluent English skills.
• Solid knowledge in social media activities and marketing.
• Experienced in conducting workshops.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to motivate his team.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

As NATIONAL HEAD OF SALES you are responsible for setting up and managing a national sales team across the whole country.

• Recruiting sales staff nationwide.
• Recruiting influencers for advertising campaigns.
• Recruiting charity organisations for joint charitable projects.
• Training and motivation of the sales team.
