Location: Remote (with potential travel)

Salary: £27,000+ commission

With a rapidly expanding global presence, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to triple sponsorships in the next year and bolster our position as the largest Muslim startup expo worldwide.


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sponsorship and exhibitor accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the tech or events industry. This role will be instrumental in securing financial partnerships that support the festival’s growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to secure sponsorships and exhibitor participation for Muslim Tech Fest.
  • Identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors that align with the festival’s vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, startups, investors, and industry leaders.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual value and ROI for all parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to develop compelling sponsorship packages and exhibitor opportunities.
  • Track sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and ensure timely contract execution.
  • Represent Muslim Tech Fest at networking events, industry conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and partnership impact.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the events, tech, or media industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the tech ecosystem and an understanding of corporate sponsorships.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Ability to travel for in-person meetings and events as required.
