Job Description
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Oversees the order management processes and development.
Ensure an efficient service to customers including order processing, preparation of the export shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries and returns, and responding promptly and effectively to all customer queries.
Monitor distribution partner performance.
Oversee logistics activities within the cluster.
Identify, develop, and maintain the Supply Chain Management SOP ensuring that local and global policies are followed.
Plan and manage 3PL activities and logistics costs.
Prepare, report, and communicate KPI to relevant stakeholders.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Only candidates currently based in KSA will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer service & Supply Chain roles within the pharmaceuticals industry.
Must have SAP Expertise and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
