Job Description
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Provide general administrative assistance.
Managing and organizing trips, meetings, and conferences (invoices, booking, tickets, etc.).
Oversee office operations including monitoring office supplies, facility management, and equipment maintenance.
Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare, edit & proofread company documents as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. An MBA is a plus.
Must have a valid KSA Driver’s License.
Demonstrated experience in Administration is a must.
Solid presentation and reporting skills.
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
