Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
Support internal/external customers with all fares, pricing and sales related queries and provide technical advice to effectively resolve persistent GDS issues.
Evaluate, negotiate, and secure group travel requests, charter flights, MICE deals and assist customers with all booking/ticketing and special requirements.
Gather and share relevant information on all competitors? fares/rules, special incentives/promotions, policies, market trends, sales processes on daily basis and provide recommendation where necessary to improve EK market position and minimize impact on revenue.
Process all queries related to Agency Debit Advisory (ADA), Agency Debit Memos (ADM) dispute/reversal, Refund Summary Adjustment Note (RSAN), Sales Summary Adjustment Note (SSAN), Refund Application (RA) using all relevant tools and complete other audits when required.
Handle all trade related general booking queries including medical assistance, Skywards, other ancillaries and liaise with the relevant departments to deliver high quality focused customer service.
Provide booking/ticketing support for EK sponsored events by coordinating with the internal/external customers, and ensure the allocated budget is effectively utilised and accurate records are maintained.
Prepare and handle EK corporate travel agreements for all accounts and communicate booking/ticketing conditions to the trade partners.
Assist all commercial stakeholders with inaugural flight invitations by coordinating with the important passengers (IP/VIP/CIP) with all booking/ticketing and special requirements.
Maintain up to date EK booking/ticketing procedures and policies on Emirates Partner Portal (EPP) for all trade partners to minimize queries on all communication mediums.
Promptly distribute trade communication (B2B) endorsed and provided by CCMB to all internal/external customers.
Qualifications:
12 Years schooling or equivalent :
Experience:
Commercial/Sales. Other : 5+ Years
Knowledge/Skills:
Experience in Commercial and sales experience in an airline or travel agency.
Knowledge/skills: In-depth knowledge of the UAE travel market, world geography, fare construction and booking/ticketing procedures.
Proficient in MS Office Applications, Salesforce, EK reservation systems and any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a highly contributing team in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate fluently in English with strong interpersonal skills and drive to continuously exceed customer expectations.
