Job Description
In this role, you will:
Participate in the EPM design workshops to ensure all business requirements are gathered and included in the design.
Act as the central point of contact between Finance and the business for design queries linked to processes and policies to ensure the value to the organization is maximized from the new system/tool.
Develop the 'as-is' and 'to be' process maps, processes and policies and ensure these are fully communicated to both Finance and the business while incorporating best practice.
Co-ordinate the collection and signoff of all process maps, policies and procedure documents for the EPM project.
Ensure that an appropriate financial control environment exists in the new system.
Work closely with the EPM supplier and implementation partner to ensure the project documentation remains on track and provide weekly status updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Develop the change management action plan for relevant departments and ensure all stakeholders across the Emirates operations are taken along the EPM journey through executing change management activities that drive engagement in the new system.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
Finance & Insurance/Systems & Procedures : 5+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Degree or equivalent, plus relevant professional experience i.e. MBA or Qualified Accountant.
Project Management qualification would be desirable.
Experience within in a Finance department within medium or large organizations.
You'll have an edge if you have:
Knowledge of FP&A processes, budgeting, planning, and forecasting and the preparation of management reporting material.
The ability to partner with the business and a range of stakeholders and be able provide solutions and guidance on best FP&A practices.
Experience in documenting complex program documents, including process maps, procedures and policies.
Experience in implementing complex and innovative finance solutions which require a significant program and change management.
Ability to problem solve with good project management, time management and people skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Process Mapping software (Visio, Blue works etc) would be advantageous.
