Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales reports to the management
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid UAE driving license
