Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to reach new clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our business reach.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong HORECA client relationships in hygiene & cleaning sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
