Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies
- Train and mentor new sales team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of market research and sales techniques
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Arabic language skills are a plus
