Position Overview:
Develop and manage key accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires strong HR understanding and excellent communication/sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (check-ins, exceptional service)
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness)
Conduct needs assessments to understand client HR needs and develop solutions
Create and deliver persuasive client presentations (highlight value and benefits)
Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts (address questions, positive relationships)
Stay current on HR trends and best practices for effective client communication
Monitor and report sales performance (updates and recommendations to management)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience (HR industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and industry trends
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel as needed
