Position Overview:

Develop and manage key accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires strong HR understanding and excellent communication/sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (check-ins, exceptional service)

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts

  • Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness)

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client HR needs and develop solutions

  • Create and deliver persuasive client presentations (highlight value and benefits)

  • Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts (address questions, positive relationships)

  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices for effective client communication

  • Monitor and report sales performance (updates and recommendations to management)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience (HR industry preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and industry trends

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

  • Willingness to travel as needed
