Assistant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in creating and managing marketing budgets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and media outlets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with overall company goals
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
