Job Description
Proactively identify new leads through various channels such as social media, editorials, referrals, Slack, and any other source.
Adding leads to Salesforce and ensuring they are assigned to the correct sales reps.
Validate leads and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented in Salesforce.
while uploading documents to ensure partners have an attractive and comprehensive menu once live.
Ensure smooth onboarding processes for partners and take the needed steps to solve for failed onboarding cases proactively.
Follow up with internal teams, when needed, to ensure successful onboarding of vendors.
Support the team in other tasks or projects as needed.
What did we order?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills
.Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
