Account Manager

Delivery Hero is seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with restaurant partners. The Account Manager will oversee various aspects of partnership management, including profitability, growth, operations, and marketing strategies. Through data-driven insights and industry knowledge, the Account Manager will drive the growth of Delivery Hero's partners and ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for increased revenue, profitability, and market share.

• Manage the full performance of the portfolio, including sales performance, in-store operations, marketing and growth strategies, and daily support.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and develop robust plans.

• Ensure menu quality index, price parity, and drive affordability for partners.

• Optimize restaurant content, including minimum order amount and delivery time.

• Build new commercial relationships and renew existing contacts through offer renegotiation and upselling.

• Upsell new services to existing restaurants, such as logistics, tPro, and loyalty programs.

• Drive vendor experience automation and digitalization through vendor portal adoption and self-service.

• Cultivate unique solutions through data and analytical tools.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including revenue generated, lost revenue, ad revenue performance, and monthly performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in sales.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and Excel.
