Job Description
A bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution and additional qualifications such as an LLM or are highly desirable.
Minimum five years of progressive experience in a legal role, preferably within an e-commerce and technology-driven industry or a law firm.
In-depth knowledge of all U.A.E laws and regulations, with a strong grasp of laws, executive regulations, and ministerial decisions related to Commerce, Competition, Intellectual property, Data protection, Corporate/Companies, Judicial and court proceedings, Criminal.
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams, with excellent project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess legal risks, analyse regulatory requirements, and develop practical solutions to mitigate compliance risks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and evolving regulatory environments.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
