Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Specialist at Zahrawi, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer relationships. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new customers, promoting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Policies & Procedures:

  • Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures relevant to sales and business development activities.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.

  • Plan and assist in new product releases and promotional events.

Business Development:

  • Establish contact with new customers, understand their needs, and propose suitable products.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and gather customer feedback.

  • Negotiate contracts and packages ensuring compliance with company regulations.

  • Coordinate with Procurement & Logistics for timely product delivery.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.

Sales:

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, recommend new products, and provide ongoing support.

  • Conduct product demonstrations for existing customers and gather feedback.

  • Recommend new service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

  • Achieve annual sales targets set by management and contribute to team goals.

Data Tracking:

  • Prepare reports by analyzing sales data and maintaining accurate records of products sold.

Orders and Invoicing:

  • Place orders with the purchase coordinator and ensure proper invoicing with the Finance Department.

Delivery and Application:

  • Coordinate with the warehouse for timely product deliveries.

  • Conduct training sessions for customers and provide ongoing support on equipment usage.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the medical equipment sector.

  • Job Specific Skills: Good knowledge of Imaging, CTI/MRI, and Ultrasound machines.

  • Location: Candidates must be based in the UAE and willing to transition to company visa status.
