Job Description

Zahrawi Group, a leading healthcare distributor in the GCC region, is seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Representative to join their team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Zahrawi's Hematology and Molecular Biology products to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories across the UAE. You will build relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals, educate them on the benefits of Zahrawi's products, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, decision-makers, and influencers.

    • Develop a network of clinicians, department heads, and key opinion leaders.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

    • Work with KOLs and policymakers to implement Zahrawi products in healthcare programs.

    • Generate valuable leads with the potential to adopt Zahrawi products.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to expand existing and new business.

  • Product Promotion:

    • Deliver targeted sales presentations based on accurate clinical information and approved marketing materials.

    • Educate healthcare professionals on disease states, treatments, and the latest advancements in your field.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and sponsor educational programs.

    • Highlight the advantages of Zahrawi products compared to competitors.

  • Marketing & Support:

    • Collaborate with the marketing department on developing and implementing local marketing strategies.

    • Support the lab team during product launches, tradeshows, and conferences.

    • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent product usage.

    • Prepare weekly reports for your line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Clinical Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field (required).

  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare sales industry (required).

  • Strong technical knowledge of human anatomy, the medical field, laboratory procedures, microbiology, molecular biology, and infectious diseases (required).

  • Oncology knowledge a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (required).

  • Strong negotiation skills (required).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).

Additional Requirements:

  • Based in the UAE and willing to relocate on company visa (required).

  • Valid UAE driver's license (required).
