Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and increasing sales revenue.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets and increase revenue.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Valid UAE driver's license and own car.
