NEOM, a visionary mega-city under development in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to spearhead their CX Central Team!

The CX Central Team:
The CX Central Team plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience for everyone who interacts with NEOM, including residents, visitors, and businesses. The team analyzes customer feedback, conducts surveys, and leverages data insights to drive continuous improvement across all customer touchpoints.
The Opportunity:
In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for managing the central CX feedback loop, providing actionable insights to improve the customer experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute CX projects, ensuring alignment with NEOM's vision and mission. You'll also be a data analysis pro, developing reports and presentations to communicate key findings to senior management.
What You'll Do:
Customer Experience Champion:
Analyze customer feedback (surveys, reviews) to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with NEOM departments to design and implement CX improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage dashboards to track key customer experience metrics.
Create reports and presentations to communicate CX insights to senior leadership.
Data Analysis Guru:
Conduct surveys (employee, NPS) and analyze data to identify customer sentiment and trends.
Stay up-to-date on customer experience best practices and industry trends.
Team Leader & Collaborator:
Provide support and guidance to CX Champions across NEOM sectors.
Manage and prioritize CX projects effectively.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, customer service, and project management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Experience with customer experience tools and software (CRM, CX platforms preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
