Role Purpose
Develop, manage, and optimize digital and social media campaigns to elevate Sindalah and NEOM Islands' brand presence. Align strategies and campaigns with the company’s strategic vision and goals, aiming to achieve specific KPIs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Planning and Strategy
Contribute to the design and implementation of Sindalah and NEOM Islands’s marketing strategic objectives by providing digital and social media-specific inputs.
Develop, implement, and update the Marketing Division's operational plans for digital and social media, overseeing their execution to contribute to the realization of Sindalah’s envisioned future.
Work closely with senior leaders in other departments and with external stakeholders to elevate Sindalah’s online brand presence.
Collaborate with relevant Sindalah and NEOM Islands staff members to identify required projects and initiatives that support the achievement of the company's marketing vision.
Develop and implement a digital and social media strategy to ensure a strategic and comprehensive delivery of campaigns and content in support of Sindalah’s marketing vision.
Social Media & Content
Lead the design, execution, and management of social media campaigns tailored to the brand objectives of Sindalah and NEOM Islands.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the brand's strategic vision.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize social media campaign performance and ROI.
Identify key metrics and KPIs to evaluate social media campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with Sindalah and NEOM Islands' creative and content teams to ensure content is optimized for user engagement and lead generation.
Implement content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of high-quality content.
Develop and implement a content strategy that supports Sindalah and NEOM Islands' marketing vision.
CRM Management
Administer and optimize CRM systems with a focus on advanced customer segmentation to target specific audience groups more effectively.
Develop and execute CRM-based Email Direct Marketing (EDMs) campaigns that are aligned with Sindalah marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with sales and customer service departments to create a unified approach to customer management through the CRM system.
Regularly analyze CRM data and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of segmentation strategies, EDMs, and other automated marketing efforts.
Implement content development strategies specifically for CRM to ensure messaging is consistent, relevant, and engaging across all customer touchpoints.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve segmentation, reporting, and automation features, and oversee their implementation.
Website Management
Take ownership of Sindalah's website, overseeing its overall functionality, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate with the Digital Tech Team to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and optimize site performance.
Work closely with Salesforce to integrate CRM data and functionalities into the website, enhancing customer experience and personalization.
Coordinate with various marketing teams to ensure that the website content aligns with other digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and Email Direct Marketing (EDMs).
Utilize analytics tools to track website performance metrics, providing actionable insights through regular reporting to senior management.
Identify opportunities for website enhancements, including new features and content, and oversee their development and implementation.
Data Analytics and Reporting
Utilize analytics tools to monitor, scrutinize, and report on digital and social media campaign performance, focusing on key performance indicators and return on investment.
Collaborate with Salesforce and the Digital Tech Team to integrate and leverage data analytics capabilities, ensuring more accurate and comprehensive reporting.
Work cross-functionally within the marketing department to consolidate data and insights, creating a unified and concrete reporting structure.
Generate regular, detailed reports for senior management, offering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
Implement data analytics frameworks and methodologies to optimize ROI, directly contributing to the achievement of Sindalah's marketing vision.
People Management
Instill a culture of continuous development, guidance, and high performance within the Digital and Social Media Marketing Division.
Set clear performance objectives for team members, including the CRM Coordinator, provide the necessary resources and support, evaluate performance through regular appraisals, and offer constructive feedback.
Foster a high-performance working environment that embraces Sindalah's core values and encourages teamwork, creativity, and accountability.
Develop and implement a capacity development program specifically designed for the Digital and Social Media Marketing Division, aimed at scaling up towards management of all NEOM Islands activities.
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum of 8 years of operational experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably within a complex business environment.
Extensive experience in digital marketing, including but not limited to, digital and social media campaigns, CRM management, data analytics, and website management.
Strong commercial acumen, demonstrated by a history of serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, ideally within a marketing context.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple functional areas simultaneously, along with experience in team development and performance management.
A creative and agile problem-solver, capable of adapting to workplace challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
A track record of motivating staff, providing developmental opportunities, and driving operational performance improvements.
Qualifications
BSc in Marketing or similar
