Responsibilities
Organizational Culture & Compliance:

Operations and Performance:
Plans, directs and coordinates the daily operations to maximize staff effectiveness and efficiency in delivering services.
Ensures cost reduction and process improvement.
Coordinates with relevant internal stakeholders to understand their contract/ agreement requirements.
Procures goods and services for M42 by effectively ensuring that all requisitions are complete and accurate before processing any orders.
Processes orders accurately and distributes goods and materials in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Maintains accurate records of goods being ordered and received by the assets (through working with procurement analyst to build appropriate reporting mechanism).
Resolves efficiently any problems caused by orders being filled out inaccurately and not meeting target dates in addition to any problems caused by the delivery of damaged merchandise (along with the local teams at M42’s assets).
Develops a mechanism to monitors and maintains all purchase orders in the system along with the contract management and business analytics team).
Supplier Management:Reports supplier performance activity within their contract portfolio to the category manager and the contract management team, implementing sustainable solutions for the management to generate cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Co-manages the relationship between the various vendors and information technology systems to ensure the service is flowing smoothly.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Builds and maintains effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitates ongoing coordination and collaboration between M42’s Procurement and Supply Chain team and the local teams at the assets.
Leverages and shares information with the direct reports and the wider team including the tactical buyers at the assets.
Serves as trusted advisor aligning closely with client leadership to understand their business and goals.
Drives reporting requirements to effectively manage strategic, communicate success stories and lessons learned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Typical physical demands may include a high degree of manual dexterity to sufficiently perform computer functions, produce materials on a PC, operate basic office equipment, operate audiovisual equipment, physically move/ lift/ carry relevant equipment/ materials, visit multiple facilities/ assets across the M42 network, and stand/ present in front of a group of people during the employee’s work day.
