Job Description

Responsibilities:

Organizational Culture & Compliance:

Office Administration:

  • Coordinate general office tasks.

  • Assist in patient appointments and referrals.

  • Liaise with nursing and physician teams.

  • Manage patient activity calendars.

  • Coordinate with external hospitals or clinics.

  • Assist in providing technical support.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory.

  • Assist in facility events and celebrations.

  • Maintain office calendar and workflow.

  • Perform general clerical duties.

  • Maintain document confidentiality.

  • Provide administrative support.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining databases.

  • Manage petty cash account and purchase requests.

  • Perform research duties as required.

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare facility.

Job Specific Skills & Abilities:

Essential:

  • Proficient in preparing and reviewing complex documents and presentations.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic.

Additional Details:

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • May involve manual dexterity, computer work, lifting, and standing.

  • Will comply with OSHMS policies, standards, and procedures.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS):

  • Will stop any hazardous activity within the workplace.

  • Will comply with OSHMS policies and procedures.

Authority:

  • Stop hazardous activities.

  • Ensure consultation by management.

  • Receive information, training, supervision, and instruction from management.

  • Participate in OSH matters.

Accountability:

  • Report regularly to direct manager.

  • Attend all trainings.

  • Abide by company and local OSH system frameworks.

National Reference Laboratory (NRL), a Mubadala Health partner, is focused on increasing the quality, spectrum, coverage and overall efficiency of laboratory testing in the UAE and GCC region. NRL implements international best-practice laboratory processes and aims to set the benchmark for quality standards in the region. Established in 2010, NRL has grown from a single standalone reference laboratory to a network of 10 state-of-art facilities across the UAE.
