Job Description
Your role:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the FMCG sector in Dubai.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company guidelines and objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to continuously enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry in Dubai. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
