Our client:

A large conglomerate with diversified business units is looking to bring on board a Sr. Internal Auditor a to join their team in Riyadh and Cairo.

Your role:

Reporting to the Group Internal Audit Manager, the role will ensure the integrity and transparency of company operations through comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits. This role involves planning and executing audits, assessing risks, evaluating internal controls, and recommending improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Include investigating whistleblower complaints, conducting thorough investigations, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with Legal, HR, and Compliance teams. The auditor reports findings to senior management, protects whistleblowers, and ensures corrective actions are implemented. Prepare clear, concise audit reports and communicates results to stakeholders. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes are essential.

Must have:

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with a preference for Certified Internal Auditors. With 3-6 years of experience in anti-corruption, fraud, or workplace investigation. The ideal candidate demonstrates high ethical standards, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in investigation software and ERP systems like Oracle EBS/Fusion. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, along with the ability to manage complex cases and utilize data analytics tools. Experience in the logistics or transportation sector, especially with Big 4 firms or large groups, is highly valued.
