Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing department and play a key role in improving our company's online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic search terms and prioritize target keywords.

• Optimize website content (meta tags, headings, internal links) to improve search engine rankings.

• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.

• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues impacting crawlability, indexing, and site performance.

• Assist with link building initiatives and outreach campaigns to secure backlinks from high-authority websites.

• Monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and generate reports to communicate insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or web development.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.

• Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
