Job Description
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and collection targets for the wholesale channel in assigned markets.
Attend Pre Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions monthly to ensure category-wise targets are met.
Monitor and review overdue payments with sales representatives.
Manage customer relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
Monitor daily category-wise sales performance.
Ensure implementation of Business Development Activities (BDA) in the market, including visibility, availability, Share of Shelf (SOS), and pricing.
Ensure compliance with rental display agreements by customers and merchandisers.
Oversee market execution of new product launches and displays.
Meet overall collection targets within deadlines.
Implement store-level merchandising as per defined planograms.
Achieve monthly/quarterly Primary Market Sales (PMS) targets for General Trade (GT) channels.
Provide field coaching to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) execution.
Coordinate promotion activities with key customers.
Forecast sales and ensure on-time in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
Lead a team of 27 people, including Junior Managers, Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and Helpers.
Manage profit and loss (P/L) of assigned territory.
Monitor On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and competitor activities.
Track Line per Productive Call (LPPC) and route plan adherence.
Motivate and direct sales team to achieve sales and collection targets.
Negotiate Annual Business Development Agreements.
Conduct on-field training for sales representatives and merchandisers.
Plan outlet-wise targets and category-wise targets.
Plan and execute in-store activations and secondary activations/national promotions.
Forecast IFFCO brand sales by SKU.
Provide monthly task plans to sales team and ensure achievement.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Target and track customer-wise and category-wise sales in micro-level.
Manage team performance, including timely collection of payments.
Conduct weekly market receivables review and sales team meetings.
Manage Key Accounts for top outlets in General Trade to drive incremental growth.

Requirements:
3 to 5 years' experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
