Associate Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sampling and sample analysis as per Quality Plan.

2. Perform microbiological analysis of Raw Material, Packaging Material, and Finished Product.

3. Manage microbiological media and consumables stocks.

4. Conduct microbiological analysis of Personal Hygiene, Environment, Water, and CIP water.

5. Monitor the CIP process and hygiene condition of the plant.

6. Monitor cleaning and sanitation condition of equipment.

7. Perform Production On-line inspection.

8. Release Finished Product based on microbiological results and issue Certificate of Analysis (COA).

9. Manage control samples for Finished Product and Raw Material.

10. Record and manage test results in Oracle system.

11. Clear products on ERP Oracle system.

12. Ensure timely completion of quality records.

13. Maintain accuracy and precision of test results.

14. Follow safety norms and maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

15. Calibrate Microbiology lab equipment.

16. Monitor incubators temperature daily.

17. Conduct internal audits in the plant to verify employee hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or related field.

• Previous experience in microbiological analysis in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols.

• Familiarity with Oracle system is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
