Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve the Revenue Target:

    • Drive online growth by prioritizing and eliminating offline sales activities.

    • Meet monthly and annual revenue targets by managing growth drivers such as active clients, basket size, and frequency.

    • Implement the onboarding process for acquired accounts.

    • Identify VIP retail shops for each zone and fulfill their requirements.

    • Act as an advisor to clients, helping them navigate available products and solutions.

    • Ensure assigned business accounts achieve set monthly budgets by understanding their needs.

    • Continuously identify clients' changing business needs and match them with suitable solutions.

    • Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.

    • Identify and advise stakeholders on necessary product improvements or new products to stay ahead of competitors.

    • Timely record and analyze reports from established systems.

    • Contribute to team efforts by achieving set targets.

  2. Achieve the Collection Target:

    • Ensure clients adhere to established credit policies to achieve collection targets.

  3. Achieve the Margin Target:

    • Manage offline requests to achieve margin targets per business category.

  4. AOBS (Any Other Business):

    • Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

  1. Sales and Revenue Management Skills: Understanding sales processes, driving online revenue growth, achieving revenue targets, managing growth drivers.

  2. Account Management: Onboarding new accounts, maintaining client relationships, identifying changing business needs.
