Key responsibilities:

• Smoothly handle daily operations.

• Strictly adhere to company grooming standards.

• Provide exceptional floral services to clients.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper temperature of the chiller.

• Check stocks daily for damages and waste.

• Inspect vases for damages and maintain a list.

• Monitor water level and quality of flowers daily.

• Prepare flowers, vases, and accessories for maintenance and orders.

• Conduct location checks as per the Location Checklist.

• Receive deliveries, cut flowers, and prepare them for the chiller.

• Cover all unused vases with film.

• Maintain and update stock control sheets.

• Fill in maintenance and flower delivery forms.

• Send all paperwork, including order and delivery sheets, to the office.

• Return unused buckets/vases to the warehouse.

• Ensure smooth handover to the next shift.

• Verify the quantity and quality of received goods for all locations.

• Report any wrong deliveries or missing items to Operations immediately.

• Submit delivery sheets and monthly consumables lists.

• Inform Team Leader or Managers of urgent issues promptly.
