Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for:

Achieve the Revenue Target:

  • Drive online growth by escalating and actively eliminating offline sales activities.

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets by managing growth drivers such as active clients, basket size, and frequency.

  • Implement the onboarding process for acquired accounts.

  • Identify VIP retail shops for each zone and meet their requirements.

  • Act as an advisor to clients, helping them navigate available products and solutions.

  • Ensure assigned business accounts achieve set monthly budgets through proper account management.

  • Constantly identify clients' changing business needs and match them with available solutions.

  • Maintain relationships with clients, providing support, information, and guidance.

  • Identify, escalate, and advise stakeholders on necessary product improvements or new products to remain current on industry trends.

  • Timely record and analyze reports from established systems.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets.

Achieve the Collection Target:

  • Achieve collection targets by ensuring clients adhere to established credit policies.

Achieve the Margin Target:

  • Achieve margin targets set per business category by correctly managing offline requests.

Skills

  1. Sales and Marketing Expertise: Understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer acquisition methods.

  2. Account Management: Ability to manage client accounts effectively, including onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support.

  3. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.

  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
