Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented User Experience Researcher to join our team in Dubai. If

Responsibilities
High level planning, designing, preparing and running user research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement (including contextual discovery, experience mapping, diary studies, early stage concept and prototype testing, lab based and contextual usability and accessibility testing)
Develop and manage the usability and accessibility testing process Working with other researchers and supporting in the development and implementation of UX strategy, policies, processes and standards, promoting user centered design principles and best practice across the organization
to be a High level technical consultant to the Digital organization on all research methodologies across products and services
Craft personas and other “information radiators” (e.g. journey maps) to communicate insights across the design and development teams
Own research projects with various complexities, ranging from strategic to tactical research.
Leads research roadmap prioritization at tribe/team level, turns research into the strategic component of product development.
Works close with the Design and Product organization and other stakeholders to identify upcoming research needs.
Understands and carries cross-tribe and user goals & priorities into the research roadmaps and plans. Actively initiates and drives mid to high-impact research projects to help clarify ambiguous problem spaces.
Produces and communicates robust actionable research insights that have a clear impact in the strategy at tribe or/and regional level.
What you need to be successful
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in user research across qualitative and quantitative methods
This role will need a solid understanding of the design thinking process, as well as a passion and know-how for influencing design strategy
The role holder will be a high level expert at setting the bar on a mix of both quantitative and qualitative research
Hands on experience with standard survey, usability benchmarking, and/or data analysis tools (e.g., Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, User zoom, SPSS)
Arabic and English required
