Job Description

The Sales Manager should have 5-7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Central Air Conditioning (Installation) from the Residential market. They will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service that reflects positively on the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly in the Residential market.

  2. Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional service.

  3. Collaborate with senior sales management to shape sales plans and budgets, contributing valuable insights to refine processes and enhance efficiency.

  4. Regularly evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective measures when needed, fostering a positive team culture.

  5. Work closely with sales management at higher echelons to define sales plans and budgets, leveraging insights to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

  6. Undertake frequent performance reviews of team members, providing constructive input and enacting necessary improvements, nurturing a positive team milieu.

  7. Act as a key bridge of communication between sales representatives and upper management, ensuring a steady exchange of updates, progress updates, and adept conflict resolution to promote cohesive amalgamation.
