Job Description
Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, community events, and sales presentations.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
Conduct door-to-door sales activities and organize sales drives in targeted
areas.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Utilize sales techniques and tools to present the benefits of banking products and services persuasively.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Educate customers on the benefits and features of banking products and services.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer trends.
Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to position the bank's products effectively.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies during sales activities.
Implement and adhere to risk management practices to protect customer and bank interests.
Stay updated on changes in banking laws and regulations affecting sales activities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with branch managers, sales teams, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to supervisors.
Participate in training programs to stay current on banking products, services, and sales techniques.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software/tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer availability and sales events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years experience in relevant field.
Must have valid driver’s license, QID, and NOC.
