The Opportunity
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our marketing department, providing a wide range of administrative and logistical support. You'll keep us organized, efficient, and on top of our game, allowing the marketing team to focus on what they do best – creating exceptional marketing campaigns!
What You'll Do:
Administrative Superhero:
Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation for marketing activities.
Maintain organized and meticulous records of marketing materials, assets, and documentation.
Organize and maintain marketing files and documents, ensuring everything is easy to find.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, keeping things running smoothly.
Data Whiz:
Input and update data in marketing databases and systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Meetings Maestro:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating marketing team meetings.
Prepare meeting materials and document minutes for clear communication and follow-up.
Inventory Management Ace:
Support in managing marketing-related inventory and supplies.
Track stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Communication and Event Support:
Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Support the team in responding to basic inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the logistics and coordination of marketing events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Help manage event-related materials and resources to create a successful experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – a must!
Up-to-date on the latest social media content trends – a plus!
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and results-oriented team player.
