Campaign Specialist

As a Campaign Specialist at Procore, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified sales pipeline and enhance brand awareness in the MENA region. You will collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams, as well as external agencies, to achieve campaign objectives and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning, budgeting, and execution of full-funnel omni-channel marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with sales objectives.

• Optimize content across digital, email, social, web, events, and direct mail channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.

• Analyze data from Marketo and other tools to evaluate the performance of nurture programs and campaign initiatives.

• Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign metrics and performance to senior marketing managers.

• Support the senior marketing campaign manager in various aspects of campaign strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools), Drift, Demandbase, Tableau, and Google Analytics.

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and align with sales objectives.

• Understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and ability to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate sales cycles.

• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a bonus.
