Job Description

Procore, a leading provider of construction management software, is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our growing team in Dubai!

In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in expanding Procore's reach within the MENA region. You'll target construction companies across the UAE, showcasing the value proposition of our world-class project management solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales Hunter & Strategist:

    • Develop and execute prospecting plans to identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the UAE market.

    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.

    • Build rapport with key decision-makers and effectively communicate the unique benefits of Procore's software.

  • Solution Selling Champion:

    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting how Procore can streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.

    • Navigate negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Customer Centricity:

    • Foster long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

    • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value and drive recurring revenue.

  • Data & Reporting Pro:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date salesforce data, ensuring clear visibility into sales pipeline and activity.

    • Regularly generate reports and forecasts to provide valuable insights to sales management.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic a valuable asset.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).

  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrably successful B2B software sales experience.

  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment and thrive on exceeding quotas.

  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce.com.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

  • Eagerness to learn about the construction industry and the value proposition of Procore's software.
