Senior Manager, Professional Services - MENA

What you'll do:

• Attain mastery over and become a subject expert in Procore services engagements

• Create efficiencies in processes and procedures, continually seeking ways to promote product adoption and efficient software implementations

• Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations

• Demonstrates business growth and transformation within a team that drives Professional Services value to customers

• Engage with Customer Success Leadership on team wins and losses

• Measure the effectiveness of the team by managing operational metrics such as billable utilisation and CSAT and Professional Services revenue

• Manage team resourcing and capacity

• Inspire team members to achieve high results and metrics; develop and manage team OKRs, messaging, and updates

• Recruit, mentor, and develop team members by identifying training opportunities, and managing peer shadowing

• Manage, inspire, motivate, mentor and provide career development guidance to direct reports.

• Responsible for partnering with commercial teams to ensure the successful scoping, sizing, and estimating of efforts for Professional Services

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English7+ years of experience leading the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including project and implementation management

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Understanding of business transformation, growth, and development of consulting services within a Professional Services organization

• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others

• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process-oriented mindset

• Track record as an early adopter for driving change and a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field is preferred

• Experience with Financial, Construction, Project Management, or ERP software solutions is preferred
