Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face of the company by answering and directing phone calls.

• Manage calendars and appointments for efficient scheduling.

• Prepare and distribute clear and concise correspondence, memos, and reports.

• Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.

• Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and events to ensure smooth execution.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or a similar role.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working in a similar industry in Kuwait.

• Arabic language skills (although not mandatory).
