Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
Collaborate with suitable vendors and contractors for smooth advancement of a project.
Allow required services of contractors and other personnel after an in-depth evaluation of all necessary aspects.
Include all the crucial aspects like the number of different materials, expected costs, overall budget, etc., for proper planning.
Skills
At least 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
Fully understands quantity surveying, budgeting, estimating and the bid process Numeracy.
A technically-sound professional with good understanding of engineering concepts.
Experienced surveyor with in-depth knowledge of technology and relevant scientific aspects.
Strict adherence to well-established theories for acquiring the best output.
