Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as a liaison between the Employees, Operations and Government Relations Department.
Oversee, review, and maintain the residency, baladiya, and passport tracker, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update trackers related to all employee documentation and information
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment needs including processing visas and provide updates on releases as needed.
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.
Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
