We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

This role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s objectives.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

• Ensure compliance with the labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.

• Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

• Foster a positive work environment and culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
