Job Description
General Description of Role & Responsibilities:
Administer and communicate HR-related company programs, policies and procedures to all staff and respond to employee inquiries.
Liaise with Immigration Team on all aspects of cross-border deployments, including initial communications with employees, arranging and conducting orientations, introductions to Hill Line Manager(s) and processing any other initial documentation.
Liaise with Recruitment Team on contract issuance and follow up on any missing documentation for New Hires prior to joining date.
Draft employee communications such as salary letters, internal memos, transfer, and promotion letters.
Handle basic matters relating to employee relations, performance management, basic staff retention initiatives and leave monitoring.
Conduct exit interviews and create monthly reports on reasons for resignation and update HRIS accordingly.
Conduct HR-related training including New Hire Orientation and monitor Hill mandatory Compliance Training.
Facilitate employee recognition programs including employee service awards and business unit staff awards programs.
Communicate benefits information to employees and oversee open enrollment process.
Coordinate leave programs in line with Line Manager and Project/Client requirements.
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Manage HR files for all employees.
Skills
Qualifications:
Must have experience using HRIS systems, preferably Oracle based
The candidate should possess a minimum of a BSc Degree or BA Degree and have a minimum of 3 years experience in human resources and administration. Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong Presentation Skills in both design and delivery of presentations
Must have strong English communication skills
Must have experience working in a large scale work force organization with a multinational organization
