Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure that Milaha Management and Business Unit Management systems are known and implemented throughout the business unit’s operational sites.
Maintenance of the Business Units Management System per business unit operational requirements, specifically the Quality management Systems (QMS) within it.
Provides guidance and assistance for developing departmental procedures and work Instructions, reviewing processes and their implementation.
Assists with the development of operational or project-required documentation.
Maintain Client(s) contractual reporting tools and share statistics within the business unit daily/weekly/monthly.
Ensure that Project Quality Plans are developed and implemented, and KPI targets are monitored for achievement and performance.
Conduct regular site visits to conduct management system audits and reviews to generate reports including improvement opportunities and provide guidance with the implementation.
Assists with the business unit management system's management, development and implementation.
Ensure that accreditations in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 are upheld, and conduct internal reviews and audits against the management systems to ensure compliance with standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to assist the business unit manager(s) on matters associated with improving operations and/or other areas that may require attention for the performance of the contract.
Monitor and maintain management systems awareness among the sites, office and project personnel and conduct awareness coaching as needed.
Assists with any departmental audits (internal, client, regulatory) and the closeout of action items.
Advise the business unit on any Quality and training-related matters as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree and 5-years’ experience or 12-years basic education and 10-years’ experience
Lead Auditor ISO (14001 / 9001 / 45001)
Hold a valid full driving license (Transferable to Qatari license required)
Professional Experience:
5 to 10 years of industry experience in a similar role (Familiar with Projects, Diving & ROV Operations a plus).
5 years experience with technical writing. This should include performing deviation and investigation write-ups.
Geographic Experience:
Middle East Preferred, but not essential.
Computer Skills:
Fully conversant with MS Office and web applications.
Language Skills:
Business Fluent in English – both written and spoken is required
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, including good documentation practice.
Arabic a plus
Market/ Industry/Functional Knowledge:
A high degree of understanding of management & quality management systems.
