The Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Business Solutions & Operations Manager.

  • This pivotal role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational management to drive efficiency and excellence across our organization.

  • As the Senior Business Solutions & Operations Manager, you will lead the identification and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance our business processes and streamline operations.

  • You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, improving productivity, and ensuring the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities·

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.

Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.·

Technology Integration:

Work closely with Tahaluf's commercial and technology leadership to evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions that enhance business operations, such as data solution CRM systems, automation software, CMS' solutions etc.·

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Navigate and work collaboratively through a matrix of internal and external stakeholders from all functional areas including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and cohesion across all aspects of the business.·

Performance Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes.

Monitor performance and implement adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.·

  1. Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of business operations professionals.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

2. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

  1. Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of services rendered.·

4. Business Analysis:

Be hands-on in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

The ability to effectively multitask and manage priorities is essential in the early stages as the team is being established.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, operations, IT or technology management, or a related field.

Qualities & experience·

  • Proven experience in operations management, business process improvement, or related roles.·

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of leading teams and driving results.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and business software applications.·

  • Technology acumen with the ability to understand and evaluate the impact of technology solutions on business operations.

  • Ability to work in highly matrixed environments and manage stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
