Job Description
Imdad is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Senior Product Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our products to new and existing customers, while also providing exceptional after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
Conduct consultative sales, identifying customer needs and proposing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Schedule appointments and conduct professional presentations to showcase Imdad's products and services.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Negotiate and close sales deals successfully.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and customer personnel.
Proactively update customers on product updates, modifications, and enhancements.
After-Sales Support:
Provide in-service training for customers on product applications.
Coach and mentor junior sales staff, sharing market knowledge, product expertise, and sales techniques.
Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in the company database.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activity, including pricing changes and new offerings.
Submit regular reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
