Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with product selection and ordering
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve problems
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolution
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Preferred Candidate:
* Prior experience in customer service or call center role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive and friendly attitude towards customers
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
