Job Description


Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with product selection and ordering

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve problems

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolution

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

Preferred Candidate:

* Prior experience in customer service or call center role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems

  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and empathy

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Positive and friendly attitude towards customers

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
