Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our DHL Express marketing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts and social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement, including the creation of visually appealing and engaging graphics that aligned with the global guidelines

.Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Ensure the company's digital presence is consistent and optimized across all platforms both internally and externally including but not limited to Smart Connect, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.

Social Media:

  • Develop and manage content for all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.

  • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner with the support of the customers service team.

  • Develop relationships with media agencies and platforms

  • Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs.

Graphic Design:

  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics, including social media images, blog images, infographics, GIFs, and other visual content.

  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to create graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform required to have our presence at.

  • Develop and implement design concepts and strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.

  • Create visually appealing and informative infographics, banners, social media posts, and other graphics that can be used across various social media platforms.

  • Ensure that all designs are optimized for each platform and device, and that they meet the size and format requirements of each platform.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure that our clients' graphics stand out on social media.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Marketing with major in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience preferably in the social media or digital marketing industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and any additional tools.

  • Experience with social media platforms and their design requirements.

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.

  • Experience with web design and development.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising strategies.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to receive and incorporate feedback.

  • Creative self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including social media graphics, branding, and demonstrated success in digital marketing.

  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
