Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance.
Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.
Develop, manage & monitor project scope, timelines and objectives; coordinate internal resources for successful execution & effectively communicate expectations across functions and to all relevant stakeholders
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop tactics to optimize talabat's product offerings.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as required.
Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with a particular focus on financial performance/ P&L.
Utilize data analytics and customer insights to enhance our product & increase retention rates. Work with other functions to develop forecasts for customer acquisition, churn, contribution, and profitability
Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management. Develop visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations to communicate complex information.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business or Engineering (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce or management consulting industries (Past experience in subscription-focused business is a plus)
Expertise with data tools: Big Query, SQL, Looker Data Studio, Tableau.
Strong finance acumen; experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, unit economics, budgeting & forecasting, business impact analysis
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame / structure problems & synthesize complex data into meaningful & actionable insights.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.
Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams is a plus
