What's on Your Plate?

• Ensure correct inventory levels at stores (No OOS or OVS) by analyzing current inventory status and updating ordering parameters.

• Monitor daily stock movement and generate reports on daily inventory adjustments.

• Maintain parameters of replenishment model accurately in the system, including lead times, reorder point, economic order quantities, suppliers' minimum order quantities, etc.

• Prepare demand forecasts and initiate ordering to stores, tracking receipt of such orders.

• Manage relevant inventory in coordination with Category Managers.

• Ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts.

• Dispatch orders to suppliers and ensure proper tracking.

• Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting planning and replenishment.

• Maintain appropriate and accurate records of in-stock and inventory positions.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Inventory Controlling.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize effectively.

• Ability to interact with senior-level executives and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.

• Energized by the unknown and eager to learn each day.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in various tools.

• Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills to inspire teams and stakeholders.

• Language skills: Fluent in English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
