We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled, A Project Coordinator is a professional who is often involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects. They organize and communicate details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members and managers. 

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

2. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.

3. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

4. Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

5. Analyze risks and opportunities for the projects.

6. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

7. Work with the Project Manager to achieve project goal.

8. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.

9. Check and review lighting design drawings for accuracy and coordinate with the designers.

10. Communicate with designers and drafters to meet the deadline for the project.

11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, drawings and reports.

12. Ensure standards and requirements are met. 

Skills

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

2. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

3. An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans

4. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

5. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

6. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner, AutoCAD, 3D Max.

8. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)

9. BSc in lighting, or interior design.

10. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
